My wife has been a resident of The Pointe since 2022 . She enjoys the community and the
peaceful surroundings .
The Pointe is located on a quiet street much like a large cult sac . It is perfect for the 55 and
over community. It is private and the community understands the need for safety.
If Titanium is opened as a public thoroughfare it will dramatically increase vehicle traffic
and jeopardize the safety of the Pointe Community . The pass through commuters will
increase their speeds to more than the current speeds on the current closed street. This
incremental speed on their part will be to save time as they cut through community to
avoid traffic on Eagle and Victory. The increased speed and volume will also jeopardize
safety for those walking residents as well as residents in their vehicles .
There are already limitations on Titanium with a narrower road, smaller side streets , and
restricted parking due to fire lanes . The proposed change will jeopardize safety for all the
residents and increase accident opportunities whether walking or driving.
Please keep the traffic on the existing thoroughfares and do not add another.
