To whom it may concern,
My name is Jennifer lytle and my family and I live on Bacall st directly behind the planned
new development. I strongly disagree with the developer plan for multi family development.
This is a very family friendly neighborhood with all single family dwelling except for the
prelude apartments which have over 200 units. All of this would be in 1 square mile block. I
do not believe that it would be a benefit to the neighborhood to have medium density tri-
level apartments/condos. This does not flow well with the community. I have seen a huge
increase of traffic cutting through on Bacall street to get to the high school, I have seen
many accidents on orchard park road as there are no speed bumps or speed tables to slow
traffic and also due to their being no slowing on that road, many people speed and some
racing has been witnessed on the orchard park road. This is a large neighborhood and with
all the developments we do need an increased amount of traffic as well as the potential for
increased crime. We live in a very safe neighborhood and multi family dwellings can
frequently bring increased crime especially petty theft such as car break ins and vandalism.
I ask that the committee have the developer redo plans and deny multifarious dwellings. We
want to preserve our neighborhood and property values.
