One of the biggest issues with the project is the extension of Aviator road.The city wants Aviator to head north at the corner of your property and cross the irrigation canal in front of the pump house.This causes a curve in the road,Ada County Highway District(ACHD) is concerned this will cause a problem with connections on the curve.. We were working with the previous owner to address this concern. If your road connections lines up with our loop road at the south east corner of our project the city and ACHD will be happy. In order to make this happen we will need to cut across the corner of your property. If we don't,the curve is too sharp for your connection. I have attached our plat showing the road and how the city wants it to look. This will allow your project to have a connection in alignment with our loop road. We are scheduled to meet with City Council for our final approval April 61". Our engineer would like to discuss this with your engineer as soon as possible.
