Dear City Planning Commission,
Publishers and Titanium should not be the major roads through Artisan Victory Market. It should be Eagle Road and
Victory. Reconfigure the development layout so that only minimal vehicles need to access their residence through
Publishers and Titanium. The existing neighborhoods are very quiet and safe. This will no longer hold true if you allow
the plan to proceed as submitted.
Ask yourself if you would be okay with all the added traffic flowing through your neighborhood. Undoubtedly, you
would say no. So, when working to approve this development, what can you do to lessen the neighborhood traffic?
