Please request a continuance via email for the February 16 Hearing Date. It was also advised to include both the rezone and the annexation together in one application. Stacy, I have reviewed the matter and find, unfortunately, that the rezone was not noticed in the neighborhood meeting invitation; and, because there were no meeting attendees, that matter was not discussed. However, given that the “sliver” annexation parcel was both noticed and posted—and is not directly related to the rezone action—we request that the Commission address that item in the hearing tomorrow evening. We will notice and hold a neighborhood meeting for the C-G – to – R-40 rezone parcel and submit a new application for subsequent hearing and approval. Regards, Michael D.
