This will allow for more customers which will improve the business brought to the surrounding area and help to keep parking accessible for those that need it. The following information is provided for your use. The proposed project is located on parcel #R5652350040 in a C-G zoning district adjacent to other C-G zoned parcels. The proposed building will be constructed of wood framing with various colored stucco, and metal exterior finishes. The roofing system will be a tpo roof. There are a total of 45 proposed parking spaces with 2 of those spaces being designated as handicap parking. Additional site changes include sidewalks around the building, partial landscaping, and a trash enclosure.
