Good Morning Daniel,
Based on our conversation, please send me an email asking for a continuance for this project so we can
further work on the site issues that are coming up. Attached is the site plan for the bank to the south and the
dentist’s office to the north. The revised site plan circulation needs to integrate well with the other two
sites. The landscape plan and site plan submitted do not match. We will also need a revised landscape plan
that matches the site plan.
Based on the bank’s perimeter landscape buffer next to the drive aisle, Noodles would be required to add an
additional 5-feet of landscaping there per the UDC Code.
Can you please revise the narrative to provide more information on the business plan. The drive-thru is for
picking up orders placed through the app only. How site circulation works and the vehicles should move
through quickly because there is no onsite ordering etc.
Per UDC Code a pedestrian connection to Ten Mile is required to the entrance of the building.
