Claire Drive. The Applicant proposes to reduce the required setback from 20 feet to 10 feet. The public is welcome. Testimony, objections, and comments will be heard and considered by the Committee. A written decision of the Committee will be issued to the Applicant, and any person requesting in writing a copy of the decision will be furnished one.
