Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) appreciates this opportunity to provide comments regarding Promenade
Cottages Subdivisions located on Fairview Avenue, Meridian, Idaho. The application is for rezoning; preliminary plat
consisting of 30 single-family residential lots, 5 multi -family lots, and 2 commercial lots; conditional use permit for 90-
unit multi -family development; conditional use permit for 10 single-family detached dwellings; and conditional use
permit to allow existing non -conforming parking, landscaping, and mobile home park to remain as it is.
1. This project does not abut the State Highway system.
ITD has no further comments at this time.
