Certificate of Landscape Completion
I have reviewed the installation and completion of the landscape for the Cedar Springs Office
Buildings. Building Scheme ‘A’ Landscape Plan (Lot 15) dated 1/8/21 and Building Scheme ‘B’
Landscape Plans (Lot 10) dated 1/12/21. The following are my findings for the Certificate of Landscape
Completion for the City of Meridian.
Overall both of the building landscapes appears to be well done and completed per plans. Due to the
early winter inspection time, most of the plant and trees have gone dormant.
Due to plant availability a few of the trees and shrubs varieties may have been substituted to similar
plant material in shape and size. The plant and tree count remained the same. All the substitutions
have been reviewed and approved by Jensen Belts Associates.
Additional plantings were added to expanded planting beds in Building Scheme ‘B’. Jensen Belts
Associates approves of addition plant material and layout.
The irrigation system was not inspected but the planting and lawn areas appear to be receiving an
adequate amount of water.
