Bridgetower Multi-Family Conditional Use Permit (CUP -2022 -0047/CR-2022 -
0006)
Pursuant to Meridian City Code section 1 - 7- 10 (A)(7), the City Attorney of the City of Meridian
hereby provides this memorandum concerning the decision of the City Council of the City of
Meridian ("City Council") in the above-referenced matter .
1 . At a public hearingon November 15 , 2022 , the City Council reviewed the Meridian Planning

and Zoning Commission ' s denial of Bridgetower Multi-Family Conditional Use Permit
(CUP -2022-0047/CR-2022-0006) ("Application") . Following the receipt of evidence and
deliberation, the City Council approved the Application.
2 . At its meeting on November 22 , 2022 , the City Council entered its Findings of Fact,
Conclusions of Law, Decision, and Order approving the Application .
3 . On December 6 , 2022 , Paul Elam filed a request for reconsideration of the City Council ' s
decision.
4 . Pursuant to Meridian City Code section 1 -7- 10(A) (4) , the request for reconsideration was
scheduled to be heard on December 13 , 2022 , and the City Clerk notified Mr. Elam
accordingly .
5 . At its meeting on December 13 , 2022, the City Council considered the request for
reconsideration and, after finding no deficiencies with its decision approving the Application,
denied the request for reconsideration .
