CITY OF MERIDIAN
BERNT, BORTON, CAVENER,
BY THE CITY COUNCIL: HOAGLUN, PERREAULT, STRADER
A RESOLUTION VACATING THE REMAINDER OF THE PRIVATE ROAD AND
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS PLATTED AT LOTS 10-18,BLOCK 1 OF INTERSTATE
CENTER SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST ONE QUARTER OF
SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO AND AS SHOWN ON ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A";
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on December 6, 2022 the City Council of the City of Meridian held a hearing
on the vacation of the remainder of the private road and public utility easements platted at Lots 10-
18, Block 1 of Interstate Center Subdivision, located in the Southeast One Quarter of Section 13,
Township 3 North, Range 1 West,Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho and as
shown on attached Exhibit"A' and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said
described vacation;and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the remainder of the private road and public utility easements platted at
Lots 10-18, Block 1 of Interstate Center Subdivision, located in the Southeast One Quarter of
Section 13,Township 3 North,Range l West,Boise Meridian,City of Meridian,Ada County,Idaho
and as shown on attached Exhibit"A", is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Meridian,Idaho,this 131h day of December, 2022.
