WHEREAS,on November 22,2022 the City Council of the City of Meridian held a hearing on the vacation of the 6-foot-wide public utility, drainage, and irrigation(PUDI) easements platted on the shared lot lines of Lots 4-5, 27-28, 29-30, 32-33, 45-46, and 49-50, Block 1 of the Rockbury North Subdivision; and WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said described vacation; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO: Section 1. That a 6-foot-long public utility, drainage, and irrigation easement that was initially established along the shared lot lines of Lots 4-5, 27-28, 29-30, 32-33, 45-46, and 49-50, Block 1 of the Rockbury North Subdivision, as fully described in Exhibit "A", is hereby vacated. Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
