I am unable to attend this meeting but have serious concerns about the proposal. My property is directly adjacent to this
proposed development (1258 W Bacall).
Narrative V3, A.1:
"Setbacks deviate......and will vary by lot and building type"....
This is embarrassingly unacceptable - any type of deviation could be proposed and accepted. All deviations should be
clearly defined, as separate documents/proposals, per building type. Anything less is a blanket agreement to allow
ongoing tweaks. To be blunt: Do better, and organize/document better.
Proposed building height: The entire mature, established Paramount subdivision does not exceed 2 stories. It is
unacceptable for any new construction to exceed this height. Justification for a third elevation should be a wholly
separate approval process as this directly impacts the privacy, logistical, and overall aesthetic of the current
environment.
