Subject:Linder Village/Orchard Park Resident Concerns

To Whom it May Concern:
I am a resident of the Paramount Subdivision and I have major concerns about the plans changing for the property just
south of Chinden road, to the west of Meridian road and the east of Linder Road. I looked into all the plans before I
bought my home at the end of 2018 and now I do not like how the plans are changing so drastically.
Before, there were plans for some residential townhomes and I thought that would be lovely with the little community
park and the library. Now, there are plans being submitted for 5 story apartments, housing 500 units as well as changes
to the townhomes too! No thank you. Chinden already struggles with current traffic levels and even expanding the road
will only keep up with current demand. The local schools are in the same boat, with Paramount Elementary, Heritage
Middle School, and Rocky Mountain High School already full. This is not the place to add thousands of new
residents! Meridian is such a lovely community because of the good city planning of the past, full of schools and parks
and great roadways. Let's not change that now!
Please, please take great thought as we plan for the future. Let's not devalue homes and overcrowd roads and schools.
Let's keep Meridian as one of the best places to live in the country!
