Can I also add:
Wasn’t a library and green space/park in the original plan that was approved? What happened to these?
Thank you?

Hello,
I am a home owner in Foxtail subdivision that would like to express my concern and urge a NO vote for
any multi-family use apartment buildings in Linder Village.
We have seen an alarming number of accidents at Bergman and Chinden and the 540 unit apartment
building proposed for this space would seriously impact safety as it would place a huge burden on the
existing traffic problem in this area. There are already too many cars and too many accidents involving
cars leaving Linder Village and the larger intersection of Chinden and Linder intersection. Can I
please request a traffic safety study be implemented to evaluate the impact this high density apartment
building would have on this neighborhood and also evaluate the multiple accidents happening at the
intersection of Chinden and Bergman specifically. I am concerned that adding a multi-family high
density apartment building will equate to loss of life due serious accidents.
