The lot count for Gander Creek South No. 3 is; 75 single-family residential and 10 common lots. This subdivision is located near the southwest corner of N. McDerrmott Road and W. McMillan Rd.  Gander Creek South Subdivision No.3 is in compliance with the preliminary plat (PPH 2019- 0013) and meets all requirements of conditions.  Gander Creek South Subdivision No. 3 Final Plat is in conformance with: 1. The approved preliminary plat layout and uses 2. The uses requirements and provisions of the UDC 3.
