RE: Final Plat for Gander Creek South Subdivision No. 3
Dear Mayor and Council:
On behalf of Trilogy Idaho, please accept this request for Final Plat approval. The lot count for
Gander Creek South No. 3 is; 75 single-family residential and 10 common lots. This subdivision is
located near the southwest corner of N. McDerrmott Road and W. McMillan Rd.
Gander Creek South Subdivision No.3 is in compliance with the preliminary plat (PPH 2019-
0013) and meets all requirements of conditions.
Gander Creek South Subdivision No. 3 Final Plat is in conformance with:
1. The approved preliminary plat layout and uses
2. The uses requirements and provisions of the UDC
3. Acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
