Dear Ms . Allen ,
Idaho Transportation Department ( ITD ) has received the application for Sagarra Development, case number PUD, PP,
ALT H - 2022 -0027 located on the south side of West Orchard Park Drive, west of North Fox Run Way, and east of North
Linder Road , Meridian , Idaho for review . ITD has the following comments :
1 . This project does not abut the State Highway system .
2 . No direct access to the State Highway system is requested with this application and none is approved .
3 . Traffic generation numbers were not provided with this application . Based on the size of this proposed
development and its proximity to SH - 20/26, ITD is requesting that the applicant provide a Traffic Impact Study
(TIS ) reflecting full build out which includes the intersection of SH - 20/26 and Linder Road . ITD needs more
information to determine what mitigations, if any, that the applicant may be required to construct on the State
Highway system . Any necessary mitigation for traffic impacts identified by the TIS shall be the responsibility of
the applicant to install .
ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of submitted traffic generation data or other
documents .
