C-SHELL-2021-0024 SITE MEMO 11/15/2022 Julia Garofalo Meridian Planning & Zoning Dept 33 E Broadway Ave Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: C-SHELL-2021-0024 SITE PLAN MEMO Julia, Per our conversation today please find enclosed updated architectural site plan reflecting modifications that occurred during construction. 1. Accessible site access was relocated from Olson Ave to the street sidewalk along E Lanark due to not being able to meet the slope requirements from Olson. A new 5’ sidewalk is being installed from the street sidewalk to the building sidewalk providing the required contrasting color/material from the paved parking lot. 2. At the southeast parking area, the employee patio and canopy cover was removed from the project and replaced with additional landscaping. 3. At the southwest corner of the building the gravel landscape area was removed and replaced with paving to provide better access to the rear of the building.
