There are no Boise Project or Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District facilities located on the above -
mentioned properties, however they do in fact possess a valid water right.
Per Idaho State Statutes, Title 42, local irrigation drainage ditches that cross this property, in order
to serve neighboring properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate
easement by the landowner, developer and contractors.
