Broadway Ave Meridian, ID 83642 DATE: October 17,2022 PROJECT: Artisan Victory Market(BEI Project No. C2021-027) Tyson: We have received your 10/5/22 comments on the Artisan Victory Market project and have revised our plans to meet City of Meridian requirements as follows: Ref#9 -Water main configuration in the site's southwest corner has been revised to avoid dead-end mains. All buildings are in such proximity to water mains that services can be provided without dead-end main extensions. Ref#10 -Water main configuration along the site's southern boundary has been revised to avoid construction of water mains in the common driveways. A water main is proposed in E Publisher Ln (private) and single water services will serve each of the multi-family units along the site's southern boundary. Ref#11 -A water main connection is now provided to Eagle Rd as requested. -Water and sewer main configurations have been modified to provide the required City of Meridian Utility Easement. Where both sewer and water mains are present in parallel the easement is shown as 31'wide(11'between water and sewer mains and 10' from center of either main to edge of easement). -A City of Meridian Utility Easement is now shown for public utilities located outside of public Right-of-Way. -Easements are now shown on all fire hydrants.
