We would like to voice our disapproval for the high density development that is proposed to
be linked to our subdivision, Alpine Pointe. The density ratio is much too high, it should be
more in line with Alpine Pointe’s. As it is structured now, it will add too much traffic through
our community to get to either Eagle Road or McMillan. Enough of the high density
neighborhoods! How many empty houses are there in Boise now because nobody can
afford them, we don’t need to add more!
