Phase one of the Foxcroft Subdivision has 47 single-family residential lots and 15 common lots. This subdivision is located on the southeast corner of W. Pine Street and Ten Mile Creek. This phase has a regional pathway running along the southern boundary being adjacent to the railroad tracks and along the east side of Ten Mile Creek for approximately 1,644 feet, with the associated connections to micro paths and sidewalks. • Foxcroft Subdivision No 1 is in compliance with all requirements and of conditions H-2020-0113. • Foxcroft Subdivision No 1 Final Plat is in conformance with: 1.
