Capacity is available at this time but the City makes no guarantee that capacity will be available at the time of application submittal. *Sewer available from the West • Ensure no sewer services cross infiltration trenches • Ensure no permanent structures (trees, bushes, buildings, carports, trash receptacle walls,fences, infiltration trenches, light poles, etc.) are built within the utility easement. Any unused sewer service lines must be abandoned per City Design Standards Any septic systems must to be abandoned per regulatory requirements. Any carports,trash enclosures, etc. should not impede the easements. Make sure the site is designed in such a manner that this is not an issue.
