1. 200600219-CPA-DA-M & 202201329-VAC, BOISE HUNTER HOMES: A proposed
Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment, Development Agreement Modification, and Vacation,
to alter Condition of Approval #61 of Dry Creek Ranch Planned Community's Development
Agreement. The proposed modification would change the requirement for Dry Creek Ranch to
donate a school site to West Ada School District, and instead allow the site to be utilized for
any public-school entity, including charter schools. A Vacation of Dry Creek Ranch
Subdivision No. 5’s plat note#18 is included. The property is located at 14190 N Tower Creek
Ave and contains 7.09 acres in the Planned Community (PC) District; Section 36, T.5N, R.1E.

Amendment and Development Agreement to rezone approximately 5.35 acres from the Rural-
Urban Transition (RUT) District to the Limited Industrial (M1) District, as well as a Master
Site Plan to operate a contractor's shop. The property is located at 3510 N Can Ada Rd; Section
31, T.4N, R.1W. ***A new hearing is required due to a publishing error of the previous
