RE: Final Plat for Jump Creek South Subdivision
Dear Mayor and Council:
On behalf of Challenger Development Inc., please accept this request for Final Plat approval. The lot
count for Jump Creek South is; 20 single-family residential and 4 common lots. This subdivision is
located near the northwest corner of N. Blackcat Rd and W. McMillan Rd. This phase is re-
subdivision of Lot 7, Block 2 of Jump Creek No. 6. All subdivision improvements are being built
with phase 6 of Jump Creek. The are no new streets in this phase as they are also built in phase 6.
Jump Creek South Subdivision is in compliance with the preliminary plat (H-2022-0006) and
meets all requirements of conditions.
Jump Creek South Subdivision Final Plat is in conformance with:
1. The approved preliminary plat layout and uses
2. The uses requirements and provisions of the UDC
3. Acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
