RE: Short Plat for Ledges Business Center Subdivision
Dear City Council:
On behalf of Rama Group LLC, I respectively request your approval of the short/final plat for Ledges
Business Center Subdivision. This short plat contains two commercial office buildable lots and no
common lots.
Biltmore Company recently built a new office building on the site and installed all the improvements
needed for this building and for a future building located to the south. There is a buyer for the
building and therefore the site needs to be subdivided. This request will allow for that to take place.
