RE: Relinquishment of Easements within Rockbury North Subdivision
Dear Terry:
We have been requested by Rockbury 88 LLC, the developer of Rockbury North Subdivision (Bk. 117,
Pgs. 17775-17779 Ada County Records), to vacate two feet of the easement along the back of Lots 8-
15, Lots 17-24. We worked with the Joint Trench install crew to make sure that all the lines were
outside of this 2-feet strip. Additionally, the easements between Lots 4&5, Lots 27&28, Lots 29&30,
Lots 32&33, Lots 45&46 and Lots 49&50 reserved by the plat (see attached).
There is a section along the back of Lots 3-6 where the lines are not inside an easement. We will
prepare an easement for this area to be granted as a separate document to protect those lines.
The developer has adjusted the lot lines into new Parcels for construction of townhomes.
The easement created by Rockbury North Subdivision in these locations are no longer necessary. By
signing this document, Sparklight relinquishes its' interest in the easement described in the attached
documents.

This is in response to the relinquishment request submitted to Idaho Power Company and
received in our office January 18, 2022, regarding the relinquishment of multiple public utility
easements (PUE) for the replatting of the Rockbury North Subdivision as shown in the attached
Exhibits A-L as provided in your application.
Idaho Power's review of your request indicates that we do not have facilities located within the
requested areas for relinquishment. As such, Idaho Power agrees to relinquish our interest as
reflected on the attached Exhibits A-K as well as the provided map labeled Exhibit L.
