RE: ROCKBURY NORTH SUBDIVISION EASEMENT VACATION
To whom it may concern,
Using the City of Meridian Easement Vacation process, we would like to modify several of the
easements within Rockbury North Subdivision, recorded in Book 117 at Pages 17775-17779.
To accommodate the layout of different townhome configurations from what was planned, four
Property Boundary Adjustments were completed. We are requesting the City of Meridian permit us to
vacate several side lot easements that are now under homes. In addition to a two-foot strip along the
northerly set of lots that was accidentally platted wider than designed. There are no utilities within the
areas described. An additional easement has been granted to the utilities with lines outside of the
platted easement along the back of lots 3-6.
