This letter is to inform you that the Meridian City Council
approved your bid proposal to construct the Meridian Youth
Baseball Complex at Meridian Settlers Park at their June 6, 2006
regular City Council meeting. The bid was approved not to
exceed $1,969,000 and to include additional value engineering.

work and cost for work to be completed under this contract.
