City Clerk of Meridian,
I live in the Bear Creek subdivision, just off Meridian Rd., and concerned about the proposed
Klein Huis development at Meridian and Victory. Specifically, I am concerned more high
density housing is only worsen a what is becoming a very congested area that already lacks
proper infrastructure accommodate residents. The intersection at Overland and Meridian is
currently a problem area where I have seen many accidents and often see very unsafe
driving and maneuvers.
I am also concerned about the lack of schools and other municipalities to accommodate
current and future residents. I understand there is a need for housing but I feel this area
currently lacks the proper infrastructure to accommodate a new development of this size.
