To whom it may concern -
We would like it to be made known that we oppose the planned development for the corner of Victory and
Meridian. We do not oppose land developments and/or growth in the area. We are always in favor of positive growth.
We do not feel this is a positive development for the community for a number of reasons:
1. The increased traffic to Stoddard Road, Victory Road and Meridian will be significant. And the more traffic we see on
our residential streets the more there are safety concerns.
2. The developer wants to develop the land into multi family parcels while the zoning is single family
residential. Making their plans incompatible.
3. Completely different plans then the surrounds neighborhoods - and does not connect with said neighborhoods
4. The units will not be individually owned properties, they will be corporate owned.
5. Too many rental units in the area (over 3k units within a few miles)
6. Impacts on Schools
7. Increased levels of crime
8. Puts in jeopardy the natural setting of this parcel.
We, Derek & Heather Hudson, live in the Bear Creek development.
