We oppose this project for the following reasons:
1. Significant increase in traffic and safety issues
2. Developer plans to build Multi-family rentals on land designated for Single family homes
3. No connectivity to adjoining neighborhoods (required by City of Meridan)
4. Impacts school capacity
5. Destroys home to over 40 bird species
