2022-10-17 Marian Van Ausdal and Alice Clovis October 17, 2022 City Clerk Meridian, Idaho Re: Kingstown/Alpine Point Subdivisions To Whom it May Concern: We are residents of Alpine Point and have both lived here for a number of years. The members of our community who have chosen to manage and maintain our neighborhood take the utmost care in making sure our community is safe and well maintained. When we moved here, we were very impressed with Alpine Pointe. Everyone takes great pride in making sure this community is friendly, safe and most of all, we care for the well-being of our neighbors. If the Kingstown Subdivision residents are allowed to navigate through Alpine Pointe via Rogue River Way, it will greatly impact the safety of all our residents. We personally don’t believe that any corporation(s) that are building homes adjacent to Alpine Pointe, should be able to infringe on our community. Having residents of Kingstown come through our subdivision as a means to more easily access Eagle Road or McMillan, will create more unnecessary traffic. The residents from another subdivision will, most likely, not abide by the mileage signs posted throughout Alpine Pointe which would greatly impact the safety of the children and all of the homeowners. I hope you understand that the outcome of this matter is extremely important to all the residents of Alpine Pointe. Thank you. Sincerely, Marian Van Ausdal 4075 N Brooksburg Pl Meridian, Idaho 83646 Alice Clovis 4026 N. Brooksburg Pl Meridian, Idaho 83646
