As 24-year residents of Meridian, and lifelong Idahoans, we are against this development. There are so many
apartments now in our area, we do not need more apartments. Our schools are overflowing, and our roads are too
congested. This new development will affect all the surrounding streets and neighborhoods. This development is not in
an area that meets Meridian’s documented expectations of the high level of urban services that needs to be provided
for multi-family developments. Please consider our request to deny this project. Meridian must continue to be about
families, not renters and a transitory community. Please consider the family qualities that have formed Meridian’s
reputation as a great place to raise a family.
