zoning

Good evening, I'm contacting you regarding the proposed multifamily rentals at Victory and Meridian Rd. While I
understand the need for more affordable housing as the Treasure Valley. I've don't believe the annexation of the acres
for r-15 -zoning to build mutifamily units is the solution. First, the corporation isnt providing much needed affordable
housing and contributing to the infrastructure to support more people and vehicles.
Building these units would cause even more congestion on an already congested and dangerous road. Intersections at
Meridian Rd/Overland and Meridian Rd/Victory are overburdened and cut through traffic is already routed through
nearby neighborhoods. Not to mention the congestion at the on and off ramp to I84. In addition to our crowded roads
this develop would put unnecessary burden on our already overcrowded schools and destroy a natural space for
wildlife.
Please don't approve Ball Ventures proposal.
Thank you,
Nicole Bohrn
