We respectfully ask the Planning and Zoning Committee members to consider our strong reservations to the proposed
multi-family housing project in our neighborhood at Meridian and Victory.
We urge the Committee and the City to disapprove this request which would further strain congestion and quality of life
in our neighborhood, which is, and should remain, zoned for single family homes. I know many of our neighbors share
our concerns over congestion, safety, and the basic, single-family makeup of our area. We are already coping with the
explosion of hundreds of multi-family units recently built and under construction west of Linder and south of Overland,
with more on the way.
We have also signed a petition to prevent this ill-advised and unneeded project from moving forward.
Thank you for your consideration and for your continuing efforts to make Meridian's various neighborhoods great places
in which to live and do business.
