development: 1. traffic increase on 2 lane Victory road west 2. ACHD hasn't acted on proposed ingress from
Victory road to development 3.four months decrease in home sales 4. 3400 units already under construction in Ada
county 5. decrease in people moving to Ada county 6. Impact on schools which already are overcrowded 7. Developers
not required to pay for increased impact on infrastructure in areas which they plan to build. Concerned resident
