Hello, my name is Rob Cutler and Vanessa Schneidau. We live at 321 W. Galvani Dr., in the Strada Bellissima subdivision directly across from the planned development by Alpha Development Group and Klein Huis. We both understand that many comments will not even create a discussion in reference to the development, but we would like to share with you our concerns. The planned entrance and exit are directly across from the entrance and exit to our subdivision. This entrance and exit is already extremely difficult to navigate during the busiest times of the day (early morning and late afternoon), and with the addition of 134 more families moving around at those times of the day it will become impossible to navigate. The direct ramification of this will be that the Strada Bellissima subdivision which leads into the Bear Creek Subdivision will become a thoroughfare for over-flowing traffic that has grown impatient. We feel this is the greatest issue facing the addition of this development. Many of us believe they must find a different location for the entrance and exit to the community. Many options arose in the last video conference that the developers put on and one of the options was to encase the canal so that Victory road could have a center turn lane, as well as a designated turn lane for entrance into the new development by widening the entire roadway. As for being the only two story home directly across from the development we also feel the need to join many in saying we would also support a wildlife preserve in that area and not a new development. We do not believe the infrastructure is in place in order to add this new development. Schools are already overcrowded across the district boundary line of Victory Rd, and the roads are far from adequate to sustain the additional traffic. Thank you for your time. -- Rob Cutler 1
