When an application has already been scheduled for a hearing, the City has to adjust the refund to account for staff review time and noticing fees.The City is willing to refund $16,196.44 of$17,138.00 which includes the deduction of the aforementioned items. If this is acceptable, please submit your formal request to withdraw the Tessera Ranch application and I will get the refund process started for you.
