Promenade Cottages – ITD will require a TIS for this development as it exceeds ITD’s Threshold. We request the
intersections of Fairview Ave/Main St., Fairview Av/Meridian Rd and Fairview Ave/Locust Grove Rd. be included in the
TIS.
Alden Ridge – ITD has no comments at this time. ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of any
additionally submitted documents.
