Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
November 1, 2022 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear
the following request(s):
SHP-2022-0010 Idak Subdivision: Short Plat to subdivide an existing single-family building lot into two
(2) single-family building lots on approximately 2.09 acres in the R-2 zoning district, located at 840 E.
Ustick Rd., on the northside of E. Ustick Rd. near the 1/2 mile mark between N. Meridian Rd. and N.
Locust Grove Rd. Applicant: Sawtooth Land Surveying
