Accolade Ave Meridian, Idaho. This application includes a final plat for 28 lots (20 residential, 8 common). The property contains 1.383 acres and is zoned TN-R. Water, sewer and joint j trench services have been stubbed to the property and are sized appropriately for the proposed use. This letter is included with the final plat application as well as all filing fees and various exhibits.
