Dear Ms . Allen ,
Idaho Transportation Department ( ITD ) has received the application for McDermott Village , case number H -2022 -0056
for review located at 3235 N McDermott Road , Meridian , Idaho .
Traffic generation numbers were not provided with this application . Based on the size of this proposed subdivision and
its proximity to State Highway , ITD needs the applicant to provide a Traffic Impact Study (TIS ) reflecting full build out
of the development . ITD needs more information to determine what mitigations, if any, that the applicant may be
required to construct . Any necessary mitigation for traffic impacts identified by the approved TIS shall be the
responsibility of the applicant to install .
ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of their submitted documents .
