My name is Sasa Zuko and I live at 578 W Christopher St. Meridian, ID 83642 in the Bear Creek Subdivision. I am writing
to let you know that I disapprove of 134 Multi-Family Rental Homes that are proposed on being built on the corner of
Victory and Meridian Road for the following reasons.
1. The traffic in this area is already awful and this will further make this area busy and unsafe.
2. Developer Plans to build multi family rentals on land designated for single family homes - the plan is incompatible with
City's future land use Map
3. Non connectivity to Adjoining Neighborhoods
4. Corporate Owned Rental Units
5. Rental Units have been exploding in this area
6. Impacts School Capacity
