I would like to find out how to sign up in advance to speak at the October 20 Planning and Zoning meeting regarding
project H-2022-0051. I've been asked by several neighbors to represent them by speaking at the meeting. I understand
that if I represent a group, I can be allocated up to 10 minutes. Here are my questions
1. How do I sign up on-line. I tried linking as noted in the "Public Meeting Section" of the website, but it provided
now way to do that ("Step 2: To sign up to speak during a City Council Meeting, including the Public Forum* Use
Council Sign-Up Link. To sign up to testify at a Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Use PZ Signup
Link.") Please advise.
2. I have a brief presentation I would like to show during my time. How do I submit that in advance and to who so I
can have that displayed on the screens for me to scroll through from the podium in the chambers?I know there
is a computer that is there and I assume I can use that to control?
3. Do I need to submit the names of the persons I'm representing in advance and if so, what information do you
need and is there a minimum number of people I must represent?
4. Can you confirm how much time I can be allocated in advance so I plan my presentation accordingly?
