RE: H-2022-0051
We are opposed to rezoning the property at the intersection of Victory and Meridian
roads for rental units. Also opposed to the property being used for medium-high or high
density single family homes. There have recently been thousands of rental units built in
Meridian to add to the existing complexes. We do not want an increase in traffic that
high density or another rental complex would add to our neighborhoods. We live on the
road that is used as a cut through from Stoddard and Victory and the existing traffic can
be a safety hazard for children. There are buses from two schools that pick up and drop
off children in this area. We cannot safely have an increase in traffic.
