6. Ordinance No. 22-1998: An ordinance annexing the Southeast Quarter Of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described in Exhibit “A”; rezoning 4.96 acres
of such real property from RUT (Rural Urban Transition) to R-4 (Medium Low-
Density Residential) Zoning District; directing city staff to alter all use and area
maps as well as the official zoning maps and all official maps depicting the
boundaries and the zoning districts of the City of Meridian in accordance with this
ordinance; providing that copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada
County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer, The Ada County Recorder, and the
Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law; repealing conflicting ordinances;
and providing an effective date Approved

7. Ordinance No. 22-1999: An ordinance annexing the Northwest One Quarter of the
Northeast One Quarter of Section 33, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described in Exhibit “A,” rezoning
2.95 acres of such real property from rut (rural urban transition) to C-C
(Community Business) zoning district, 13.38 acres of such real property from RUT
(Rural Urban Transition) to R-8 (Medium Density Residential) zoning district and
24.17 acres of such real property from RUT to R-15 (Medium High-Density
Residential) zoning district; directing the city engineer to alter all use and area
maps as well as the official zoning maps and all official maps depicting the
boundaries and the zoning districts of the city of meridian in accordance with this
ordinance; providing that copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada
County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer, the Ada County Recorder, and the
Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law; and providing an effective date

Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and
rezoning 1.36 acres of such real property from RUT (Rural Urban Transition) to R-
40 (High-Density Residential) zoning district; and rezoning an area of land being
APN: R7039000170 and portions of Apn: R7039000090, Apn: R7039000080 and
Apn: R7039000057, Ada County records, located in a portion of Government Lot 6
of Section 6, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, more particularly described in Exhibit “B,” rezoning 4.18 acres of
land from C-G (General Retail and Service Commercial) zoning district and R-8
(Medium-Density Residential) zoning district to R-40 (High-Density Residential)
zoning district; directing city staff to alter all use and area maps as well as the
official zoning maps and all official maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning
districts of the City of Meridian in accordance with this ordinance; providing that
copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada
County Treasurer, The Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission,
