I am opposed to the proposed Klein Huis development at the corner of Victory Road and Meridian Road. Access roads to
this proposed development are located too close to the intersection of Victory Road and Meridian Road. As such, if this
development is constructed, there will be a significant bottleneck of traffic in the area, including safety concerns with U-
Turns and increased traffic through the Strada Bellisima subdivision. This property is not viable as a high density
residential development due to the location of the canal, Victory Road, and Meridian Road.
I think the best use of this property is as a nature preserve - for the community to benefit from this lovely open space for
walking, birdwatching, etc. For example, local schools could hold outdoor environmental courses at the nature
preserve.
