Dear Ms . Allen ,
Idaho Transportation Department ( ITD ) has received the application for case number CUP W2022 -0069 for review
located on the east side of State Highway 55 ( Eagle Road ) and Longwing Lane, Meridian , Idaho . As this application is
strictly for a height exception across Longwing Lane , ITD has no comments pertaining to the construction of the bridge
as long as it is located outside the State Highway system right-of-way .
Due to the size and proximity of this development to State Highway 55 , a Transportation Impact Study (TIS ) reflecting
full build -out of this project is required . Any necessary mitigation for traffic impacts identified by the approved TIS shall
be the responsibility of the applicant to construct .
ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of the potential effect of the development on the State
Highway system .
